Terms of Use

Welcome to the official platform of Interiorji, managed by CircuitWave ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "user") and Interiorji governing your access to and use of our website, applications, mobile sites, and other online services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Minors under 18 may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you register on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

What do we do?

Interiorji is an interior solutions company providing design, consultation, supply and installation services. Information and products listed on the Platform are invitations to offer; placing an order constitutes an offer which we may accept or reject. Project work will be subject to separate quotations or work contracts which will govern the relationship for that project.

Use of Platform

Access to and use of the Platform is free, subject to compatibility of your devices and compliance with these Terms. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to keep your account credentials secure. You shall use the Platform only for lawful, non-commercial purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

Prohibitions

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or breach the security of the Platform.
• Do not transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Do not publish obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content through the Platform.
• Do not use the Platform to advertise or sell goods/services to other users without express permission.
• Do not impersonate other users or provide false information.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, designs, code and media, is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by Interiorji, CircuitWave, their partners or licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of any content without prior written permission.

The Platform may include links to third-party sites. Those links do not constitute endorsement and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content, products and services available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for purpose, accuracy, completeness and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Interiorji, CircuitWave, their officers, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This limitation applies to negligence, contract or other tort claims, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Interiorji, CircuitWave and their representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously. Please contact us for general queries, feedback or complaints at care@interiorji.com. For press or partnerships, contact the relevant channels as provided on the Platform.

Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by electronic contracting principles. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. If any provision is unenforceable it will be severed while the remainder continues in force. We may amend these Terms at our discretion and will publish the updated Terms on the Platform.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts at the jurisdiction where Interiorji maintains its registered office (unless specified otherwise on the Platform).
